ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All (said/written) orders are legally binding. A Kill Fee of 30% of Total Quote will be charged once Contract is executed. Monthly late fee of 25%, for any overdue payment if not paid in full.

Upon Agreement of Quote & Creative Summary, Client is locked into Design & Resource Allotment Fees Even upon Cancellation before or after Proof.
CHANGES
Any change in order must be approved in signed form. Changes can cause delays and LINKS MARKETING accepts no responsibility for missed deadlines caused by changes requested by customer. Approved artwork changes will be billed at the quoted rate and any additional time a charge of $35.00/half hour, each after initial approval has been received and/or order placed.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect due to your error will not be able to be corrected once you have signed the proof. Customer(s) payment is required with the remainder of any additional fees or shipping cost due upon delivery. Your responsibility in any case is to check and recheck the proof thoroughly. Once you sign off on it, and/or (this form) okaying any e-mail files and/or non signed proof, responsibility for everything shown on the proof and product is yours. No additional orders will be accepted if account is not current.
SAMPLES/PROOFS
Clothing and/or product and service other samples will be billed at full cost and other samples will be billed if LINKS MARKETING is billed. Appropriate credit will be given against the order once placed. If client needs a physical proof - first one may or may not be free. Each additional is $40+ if not already stated at rate. If proofs must be shipped, an additional shipping charge(s) will be incurred. All shipping and delivery charges are customer’s responsibility to pay in full. See Invoice, any additional fees F.O.B,,and will be billed.
Right to Subcontract: LINKS MARKETING Advertising shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor
Artwork
To ensure all deadlines are met, your piece is printed at the best quality and/or to avoid additional design fees, please make sure you follow these additional guidelines:
(Setup charges can be minimized if camera-ready artwork is provided to size). Camera-ready artwork is defined as follows:
· 300dpi (or higher) at print size. Digital ready prints sized to fit specs.
· Multi color imprints: send black & white separations with registration marks for each color. PMS color matching may include additional cost
· Always include a color composite.
· Photoshop documents with vector elements must be saved as layered PSD, PDF or TIFF files.
· If scanning your image in, please scan it in with the above settings
· Black & White line art on flat photographic paper
· Glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier paper but copy paper can sometimes be used.
· Please convert ALL text in your documents to outlines and include ALL fonts used.
o Please save files at print size or at half size in direct proportion to printed size. If saving at half size, please do so only if it is a vector file. In addition, please specify on your proof or tell your customer service representative if saving at half size.
o Please include printed proofs with appropriate marks and notes included, including references to any spot or critical color concerns.
o Artwork set up with 1/8” excess all around if you intend to have images bleed off the edge of the printed item
Business Cards, 3.5 “X 2” with properly extended bleeds, Text, borders or images that are not meant to bleed must be a minimum of 1/8” from the trim edge.
We might be able to use letterhead, business cards and printed material on flat smooth surfaces. Please note that each of these usually need touching up which can cause delays
and are charged at the usual artwork charge of $35.00/half hour.
MENU ADVERTISEMENT $99. Per 4000 piece run with a 12,000 run contract ($297. + Tax)/Special yearly rate (if Paid in full) What we recommend for affective exposure to advertise
Static Advertisement $50. Per month 1 year contract ($600. + tax)
IMAGES Files
Make sure files are in PDF file (strongly recommended) or (TIFF, EPS, CMYK) • Files saved in CMYK mode are preferred unless the file has been converted to RGB at any time. RGB files may or may not be accepted. Send files (over 5MB) Compress you files using a compression programs that Links Marketing uses, Emailed files or compressed folders under 5MB, CD or DVD, FTP ( 5MB - 100MB)
File Formats Accepted: Acrobat, PDF, Freehand, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Vector Art if Needed• Freehand & Corel Draw documents need to be converted to Illustrator or EPS format. Native file and pdf is best with all linked fonts (embedded) and graphics with high resolution
TURNAROUND TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED
All of our turnaround times are estimates only and NOT guarantees. Please keep in mind that there are several different things that can go wrong with the printing process that are out of our control (acts of God or any other circumstances.) The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored for a delay in our estimated turnaround time. Usual production time is 15 working days from Approval of artwork by VENDOR. If you need a rush there is a minimum rush charge.
CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE: The undersigned understands and agrees to the pricing, terms and conditions stated above, which the undersigned hereby acknowledges they have reviewed and agree to, and verifies above information is correct. Additionally, if the undersigned should cancel an order, the undersigned agrees to reimburse LINKS MARKETING for the cost of any materials: purchased, kill fees, designing and any charges for said /written order.
We agree that non-payment hinders production and may cause LINKS MARKETING to reschedule or pull our advertisement(s) from our contracted issue date.
We agree that if this contract is cancelled for any reason prior to its completion, we will charge a 30% cancellation (kill) fee plus all previous contract advertising will be re-invoiced at the one-time rate. All cancellations must be made in writing prior to the Payment Due Date. Example: Menu (space closing) Deadline prior to the 20th of each month, and/or printing. Should it be necessary to employee an attorney to enforce any of the conditions hereof, the signee and company are responsible for all fees.
No Modification: This Agreement constitutes the agreement between LINKS MARKETING and you regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. This agreement may only be amended by a written / email agreement signed by LINKS MARKETING and you.
Remedies: I understand and agree that, in the event this contract is breached by LINKS MARKETING, my damages are limited to the amount that I agreed to pay pursuant to this contract. I agree to this limitation of liability in order to receive more favorable advertising rates than would otherwise be available.
EXPIRATION OF CONTRACT: We understand that publisher may update or revise any portion of this legally binding policy at any time and that the most current copy can be found at linksmarketingadvertising.com
